These terms govern your use of rebuildaroo.com.au and any free redesign preview we provide. By using the site or accepting a preview, you agree to them.

2. The free preview

Any redesign preview we provide is offered free of charge and with no obligation. It is a concept created to demonstrate possible improvements. We may remove a preview at any time, and you may request its removal at any time.

3. No obligation to proceed

Receiving a preview does not commit you to purchasing anything. Paid work to finish and launch a website only begins once you accept a written quote from us.

4. Pricing & payment

5. Intellectual property

Until a project is paid for in full, designs and code we produce remain our property. On full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final website and its custom content transfers to you, except for any third-party or licensed components, which remain subject to their own licences.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide.

7. Warranties & liability

We provide our services with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to [the amount you have paid us for the relevant work / resupplying the service].

8. Cancellation
